Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once opened. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email pourihelp@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
